Custom Orders & Returns:
Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our wood signs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once production has begun and the final product has been delivered. Every design is carefully reviewed and approved by the client through detailed blueprints before crafting begins to ensure satisfaction.

Damaged Items in Transit:
If your sign arrives damaged due to shipping, we will gladly repair or replace it. We cover the return shipping costs for items damaged in transit. Please contact us at support@bladeandburnish.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description of the damage to begin the repair or replacement process.

Customer-Caused Damage:
If your sign is damaged after delivery due to accidents or misuse, we offer complimentary repairs. However, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. For local customers, we provide free repair services without shipping costs.

Repair Process:

  1. Contact support@bladeandburnish.com with photos and a description of the damage.

  2. We will assess the damage and provide instructions for return shipping if applicable.

  3. Once received, we will repair or replace the sign and coordinate the return to you.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made products are non-refundable.

  • Design changes cannot be made once production has started.
